I created
this picture in Salvador, Brazil in 2000. The technique is guache. The subject
in this painting is me! I am in Morro De Sao Paulo, an island paradise located
50 miles off the coast of Salvador, Brazil. The water is turquoise blue, the
air is fresh, and the seafood delicious. Legend has it that every day you spend
here, adds one year to your life. Title: "The summer time "

This picture was made in 1999, using a Pastel technique. The scene is the countryside in Bahia, Brazil called Cruz Das Almas. There is a lake located nearby to a farm I spend weekends on. People swim and bathe nude because the weather is very hot.
